Happy 2011 people!
Didn't know that my blog is still visited by some friends :)
Also good... So that they can help me pass the message of my previous blog to the people I am referring to and also they can finally understand how I felt... Which totally affected my work and my whole
Life... Plus making my blood pressure went so high at a period of time.... Really got to thank Eric, as he was on fb for me to shouting all my complains in r wee morning... Before I ran out of house for a breather...

I got a story to share today....

Long tine ago.... At the start of a millennium... There was a boy... Who met this gal in school... They had mutual feelings for each other ad it wasn't a surprise that they got together. But that's when all the problems raised... The boy had 2 best friends... One of the best! Those u can depend on when you are down... In need of help.. They were the best buddies a man could find. But upon hearing the boy's new found love... Things changed... Problems was being created for him... But the boy, at that point of time... Succumbed to pressure and thus in the end... Ended his relationship with the gal....
10 yrs down the road.... The boy has now found a lovely lady that he loves so much... N the same old story is happening again... Deja vu... The bou simply don't understand why? Why are they like that? Thry should be happy isn't it? What's worst is that the boy dated both lovely ladies thru the introduction of the best friend!!! Why? He simply don't get it? He is afraid.... Finally Updating my blog......

Its 2010 MARCH already! Holy ! I have started work as PBA for a month liao..... Training Phrase is almost over.... Gonna be missing the dudes n babes of my table where we had fun(The Most Onz Table~).

Working towards my target of getting my ticket to Japan..... DSLR cam...... n a CAR!
Yes.... I really want to own a car(thou I know I will not buy it even if I have the cash yet).........

Things are just as per normal for me now..... n kinda routine... work sleep... meet friends.... luckily.... for NOW... but once I kick start my KPI...... than its really "Here we go again.... same old shit again..."

Well... a colleague once ask me "Terence, what is your motivation? What motivates you? Why can you be so hyper and always motivated?"

Seriously... What motivates me is really something unknown..... for it could really depends on what drive do I have at that time? (which means the downpoint is I really don't have any motivational goals @ times...)
I'm seriously trying to think of stuff that can constantly motivates me.... I really dunno man..... hmm..... I guess Mao Mao, himself is a motivator already? Haha....

Well..... I shall look forward to the Future! And As usual! The Future is BRIGHT! Unless I screw it up myself!

My Thailand trip been so interesting~ Its really an Adventure! From Near Death drowning experience while rafting ..... to going to Hospital in foreign land..... to missing the check-in time..... etc..... U name it .... I have it man~

So now.... I guess..... I am so Glad to have passed my Final EXAMS! n YEAH! I HAVE GRADUATED!!!! FInally~ So glad to know that I passed my Exams while travelling in Thailand la.... haha~! Kup Kup Kup~ hahaha~

Haiz..... so whats next for me? Whats my personal plan? Hmm...... Firstly.... I think..... my Japan trip Fund has changed ler.... No more Japan Trip fund..... It be Mao Mao Inc Captial startup fund! Time has change and travelling around the world is only possible when I am able to make $ grow daily..... Therefore! The Mao Mao Inc startup Fund! for my future biz~ Really need to think hard how to grow it man~ Tsk tsk~

Jobs? What Jobs should I go for or get? I am seriously interested to get into my marketing related line..... Branding, Promotions etc..... Its where I can input what I learn to it! But will I be able to find it? Well... that remainds to me seen....

Well.... I will be reciving my Final Year Results soon in 3days time..... & I shall be reviewing it from Phuket Thailand! Oh Man!~ How exciting!~

Seriously.... I believe out of 3 papers, I should be able to pass 2 of them IMO~ I experience slight difficulties in doing up my Global Marketing paper..... therefore am really Kinda worried for it. SSCS & SM seems okie. Well Hopefully I be able to clear all modules.... and of cuz I want all of my mates who have been with me for the past 1-2years to clear their modules too! & We shall grad. together!

If I were to grad, guess that means.... bye bye student life.... time to look out for jobs....... just as I thought that the worst is over, the current market is hit by the Dubai shockwaves..... sighzz..... Guess the Market is always that volatile~ & hopefully I be able to get a job within 2months.

I really want wish to begin this whole new chapter of my life..... true that Student life is the best. Carefree.... go home from school... is either Sleep~ TV~! Relax~ Go Out~ BUT all These need $$$$!!! Sighzzz no $.... how to RelAx? How tO gO OuT? Guess this holiday..... I been spending too much~~ Needa prepare for next year's trip!(Japan low chance.... Aussie Very High chance)

Guess my Must-Do list for the next 12 months are:

1) GRAD! (that depends on the Aussie-land markers already... haiz)
2) Get a Job (marketing related would be perfect~!)
3) Save up~! (For my future travelling expenses and Marriage! ROFL!~)
4) Get my Masters? Hmm...... low priority.... but well.... if there is a need, I will have to take it ba~

Well... My exams are finally over a few days ago...

Now.... Planning towards my future.......

I really pray hard that I clear all my Modules this sem.... and next Aug... I be able to enjoy my BUFFET! Muhahaha! =D
& Of cuz.... I hope all my Proj Mates who been with me thru out the semesters..... fighting hard , crapping hard, playing hard together...... To Graduate & Don The "HARRY POTTER" Suit !

Well... such stress aside first.... I be touring Corea this coming 15th Nov with my family..... and I be going to Thailand (phuket & BKK) from the 2nd to 9th Dec..... So much excitement ahead.....

For the past 6months.... so manythings has happened.....
Seen so so many things....... Some happenings were sad.... some happenings were exciting..... Guess life is really full of ups n downs..... Its just like the Stock Market..... but I guess the first 2 quarters there has been more Downs den Ups....
Well... I hope that the 2nd half of the year will be more fulfilling.... fruitful.... and hopefully more Ups than Downs......

well tis cny been happening...... Especially on my family side... Other than the usual 1st 2 days of visiting n collection of ang baos, alot of happy n sad things happened...
Firstly, on 2nd day of cny, a relative of my passed on due to heart attack....
While another relative of my was warded to sgh due to her terminal illness...
On the happier side, i manage to org a gathering with my cousins... Had korean bbq at bugis, followed by an hr of counterstrike lan n nice desserts. Hehe
Hope to org. More of such gathering at the end of e yr cuz 1 of my cuz is studying in aussie...
N oh went to my office on the 5th day of cny to lou yu shen n collect ang baos! Hehe
The lou yu shen was so violent! Lucky i hid behind Jen, else i be coated with it la.

My first posting of the year!!

Okie.... Lemme see... okie.... I spend the last hour of 2008 in my car together with Yan Ming and $wee Chin..... Driving around the Geylang "Flee" Market.... hehe.......
Cuz $.Chinz, YM & Huiyi were @ my place..... relaxing n chilling and eating...... must plan more of such gatheringz!!

Okie.... so.... on the first day of 2009, I went to Jurong east to close my first case together with Jia Hao! Great start bro! =)
Hope that there will be more to come!!

Den on 2nd day of 2009, drove to Sembawang Shopping Centre with William, Kath n Bee Hong..... was introducing healthshield to them...... but MOF n Aston nice nice hor! hehe!
Must go scout for more makan place ler!

2009 start so interesting ler..... cant wait for school to start too!
Means I need to plan my time well.... to domy business n handle projects , quiz and exams well!
2009 will not ba an easy year, but I will prevail and GRADUATE!!!

Its almost the end of 2008! Time to look Back at what I done the whole year.....
Okie...... I have completed and managed to survive 2 semester of my RMIT Biz Marketing Exams n Projects..... and I visited Taiwan In May with chinz n Kueh Ba desu couple....... Went HK during sept. for Ayumi Hamasaki 10th Anni. Concert alone! Kick Start a Career with AIA by passing all exams! Phew~~ Start of Economic Crisis.... dah dah dah!

Hmm.... Lemme do a timeline of what I have done!

Jan:Start Of School
Feb: CNY
Mar: Begin training with SP-Gabriel Tan district
April: Complete M5, flunk M9
May: Exams Completed/next day fly to Taipei and Pass M9 after 3rd try
June: Contracted with AIA agency SP-Dr-GabrielTan
July: Completed all HI, BCP, PGI,Comm. GI exams to do General Insurance
Aug: Close my first AIA Insurance Case! & Celebrate my Bday
Sept: Went on to close 3 other cases, HK trip alone! Start Of Economic Crisis!
Oct: Done with all school Projects
Nov: Exams Completed!
Dec: Relax quite abit.... went for first AIA Roadshow..... Org. Gatherings!

WoW! See!!! Not bad right? My Activity Ratio is good Okie! wahahaha
Only for the first 2 months of 2008 abit slack.... but other than that! Lotsa stuff de lei!!!
Just realise that I didnt set myself a New Year Resolution for the past 2 years @ least..... So next year! This will be my Target Achievements!

1) Exams and Projects To Score a Di

2) Graduate Happily by Dec 2009

3) Travel To Japan for graduation trip

4) Hit Contract Maintance with AIA

Tired but Great learning day

Yesterday and Today went for Tuas Roadshow..... in which in a fortunate turns of events, i managed to secure a Healthshield for a vegetarian food vendor..... so was kinda happy . @ same time with businesses done, I have learnt lots of things from Jia hao...... he is really good! Especially when speaking chinese to ppl! He is zai..... I be learning more from him and the rest.
Dinner @ Pariss cuz i gotta treat Kathy n Wenz for passing their driving..... guess Pariss was too croweded.... nvr really enjoy the food(+ i was too tired).
But the conversation we had was wonderful...... seems like the whole day even @ Dinner I am still talking abt. Healthshield..... now to friends whom I urged to buy...... as this is something I find that all sporean's should have.
So thx arh Kathy..... need u to be my middle-woman..... the treat is worth it arh..... haha!
I am glad la.... as in seriously I doubt how many friends' of an Insurance agent will really believe, help n support their friend..... Maybe Morale support la ... but its really heart-warming and lucky that I have friends & family support that I am into this career and not seeing me as a "ghost"........
Well....... time to think of next makan place with them..... (we just love to eat... see my size u know :P )
Hopefully I be able to follow up the leads that I got and managed to close some deals in the process...... It ain't going to be easy..... but well.... nth is easy =)

4th Dec Exam Result RELEASE! @ @!!

Happenings:

Last sat. Went to celebrate Wilson's Bday @ Waraku De Gohan @ Starhub Centre......
Thanks Wilson for the makan!

Peeps like Rosemary, Jinming n her galfriend jia wen(i think the name correct haha), bee, me, fran, leon,mj..... with my dear sista siew yen(yenie) making a surprise appearance :)

After which Went to Clarke Quay to meet up wif Wenz, Kath , Will.i.am (LOL) and their friend(who stay near by my house surprise surprise) together with yenie...... to chill @ Clinic...... Got some pics taken @ Clinic..... whereby we have Will.i.am , Kath n Wenz on Wheelchair..... lol.......
Plus me n yenie drinking from syringe.

Clinic can chill la but hor...... no aircon... hot hot...... quite sad that left so early la........ I was expecting to chill till 1am........ sighz............ But understand la..... cuz economy bad.... nobody wanna spend so much $ on drinks.....(me included) so ya la..... maybe find some other day when I working fulltime....... den all can go chill.........

Okie la.... had a bizy wk and I expect it to carry on(which is good).... I did my first cold call on the streets... haha.... I juz realise that surveyers aint having easy job! lol!

I hope to make this wk a bizy wk too as I be clearing "Orphans"....... together with Jennifer who has been a very very great help in helping me this noob.

Everyday will be a learning process..... but there will Be a day when I have learn enough and be able to do things on my own! Its just a matter of time I tell u.

Plus now I found a way to curb my inner bad temper....... whenever I am stress..... nowadays I do not show that stuckup/fuck up face already especially to my family...... I know how and what to do ! Therefore will be smiling always!(unlike the week before) n OH! to all..... just in case u all dun realise.... I remove the mole(on the right hand side of my mouth) that has stick with me since child.

I'm quite worried abt. her....... hope she can "Kan Kai" and dun be so depress........ E-chan is a good friend of my in poly..... n I treat her like my sister........ a very nice gal..... but always dun get the correct good boyfriend....... hope she can find a good bf soon......

Well..... am revising for my exams @ TPY Entertainment centre's Mac......
Decided to blog after so long..... well... nth much to blog also.... so sian la..... exam stress...... that dreaded period..... but @ least I am join by the O lvls Takers in the process! haha..... See their stressful face..... reminds me of my O lvls time @ the other Older Mac With sean, francine, grayson and jin ming.... and maybe a few more like leon n co? Me n tempon assembled at(2pDF K9 i suppose) whereby we saw KAM KAM(he became FUGGIN FIT! GOT 6 PACK! HOLY SHIT!!! LOL), johnny, n the older guys in 2pdf of my time...... WAhaha..... Den we took the MV to the OPs place liao....... me n anth thinks of way to slack n finish our duty(as always la haha).
The next part jump to an empty field where a few of us r marching on the field with our SBO vest on!!! n ALL our DOGS RUN WILD!!! especially my Ranger! He damn High!!! hahahaha...... but strangly no dog bites lei! lol~~

I been thinking..... over the nights.... issit worth it ?
What is worth it?
Everything that I have done...... in the past..... issit worth it?
things that I did and have accomplished..... issit worth it?
Guess in life....... we can never define what is worthy in whatever we do..... all i can say is........ I believe till now most of the things I have done is worthy of all my hardwork and scarifies. that i have made has definately reaped rewards.
At times I thinking....... why I am such a person who have so much thoughts in me...... and causing me to sleep without peace..... I dunno..... I guess..... thats just me.....
I keep problems to myself....... I am not a person who dares to trust any1........ I dunno who to trust........
Yes I do have great/best friends........ but I dunno..... in life...... I do not put 100% faith to all..... maybe just 70% to all my best friends.... and 40% to all my friends.....
I am not suspicious..... but I am not a person who trust someone until I see the true colours of that person.
I do listen to what others say.... and @ times do tend to believe 70% of the rumours..... but once I have seen the actual situation.... I will trust my eyes more den what I heard........
I dunno why am I writing all these too..... I guess a blog is a good place for me to type all these rubbish that are stored in my heart as I know only a few ppl reads my blog.......

Note To all Motorbike Deliveryman/woman, dangerous motorcyclist who like to cut into ppls lane while riding on PIE/CTE/KJE all the E is spore~

Before you do that, please do make an appointment with me for a financial health check.

For e 1st time in my life.... I spend all the whole 3hrs in e Exam for for the past 3 papers la..... like wat the hell...... n Worst still cant finish some questions.... guess.... thats something i hope not to get used ba.... *Pray~
Well..... Law was indeed different.... Openbook~ Open Book Exam SUCKS!!!!
REally No Time To refer de....... I bought all my Notes+GuideBook+Text Book for that exam la..... stupid n the gal beside me was like "WOAH~ WTH =+=!!""

Been a while since I last touche my blog..... well..... I just feel that some things are better off blogging out den keeping inside myself.... which will in turn be bad for my health! haha
Sighz..... Seriously I sense a Storm Brewing..... @ this point of time....... the sky is clear......... filled with beautiful clouds....... occasionally.... if does drizzles abit to spoil the sun-tanning mood, but every1 is still smiling happily......
but all these drizzlings are just temp. effects......
Its the Storm thats brewing @ the back of the dark clouds...............
I can forsee that Unless there is a dramatic change inside the Cloud........ the Storm will definately hit everybody real Bad! I mean REal Bad.... the storm will create twisters, floods and the sound of thunder will scare and sight of lightings will strike fear into hearts onto every single soul........
I am mentally prepared and brace for this storm....... but how prepared is prepared?
How will I react to it? Will I be able to salvage anything out from this terrible storm?
I really dunno........I hope that this storm will never arrive......... but I guess its impossible..... as I've said.... behind the countless drizzles....... the dark clouds are brewing up for a huge thunderstorm that will change the fate of us.......

How have we all grown old.... In da past.... we sure do able to Camp @ each others houses (Normally LEon's or Ming yan's) till the next morning before we ciao..... but now.... damn.... we have grown old.... guess sleep is important to us all.....
In those days back den.... we did stupid things..... create nonsense and real plain stupid things la..... but now..... how we grown to play Mahjong..... chit chat n walk the DOG! (Lol! ming yan's DOG REALLY CAN PULL SIA!! But well.... not as bad as Grando! :P)
Sean n MY been complaining that I been sprouting Vulgarities e whole night.... but well I guess.... thats another side of maomao when I am with them bah...... true that its bad to say such things so often.... but den.... .guess it was due to stress ba..... Arh..... 1stly, Happy Mid-Autumn Festival to all....
Today Its Mid-Autumn Festival aka Zhong Chiu Jie or Mooncake festival whereby all chinese will celebrate this festival by eating Mooncakes , carry Lanterns + play candles & FIRE! muhahaha and enjoy the View of da Big Round Moon with our families....
But Today On da Streets, I was @ my Grandma's house @ Toa PAyoh.... where I stay there during my childhood days, I rememeber the scenes vividly wherby today All da Kids(including me myself) will be running around the HDB flats and playing with Lanterns n Lighting up candles around the playground....... aye aye...... but today the HDB block is SO SO quiet..... no more kids running around with lanterns..... not only my grandma's block, but this is happening everywhere!! Sighz...... Quite saddening arh..... Mayb like wat my papa sayz "Kids today dun play lanterns ler.... they go play PC games n shoot shoot ppl le"

Summary OF past 3 weeks

Sighz..... Been about 2weeks since my grandma passed on...... it happened so quickly...... 2weeks ago.... I was filled with pure sadness...... n a week later I started school, stress starts to flow in..... and I celebrated my 22nd birthday with my sec n poly friends.......

Its been a seriously a sleepless 2weeks for me..... well.... @ da wake , I guess I slept for about 4 hours each day.... n able to catch some nap in da afternoon....... n my bday celebrations.... I went out playing mahjong @ ming yan's hse till 5am in da morning.... b4 going out on 5th Aug for Ktv with YM, YZ n Huiyi..... Thank U all for da CAKE @ Kbox..... was really delicious!

but well..... Today as I was waiting for bus on da way home from Toa Payoh..... 1 song suddenly reignite my sorrow.......

Suddenly I was juz tinking back of how I been travelling to TTSH to visit my grandma..... n to the hospice where she end her suffering.

I never forget that..... the day 2days before she left us..... I was alone with her.... she seems to try n tell me something... but she couldn't.... n me , after a soccer game with my camp mates..... I was feeling so tired...... so I juz slept beside her..... n when I woke up.... she was looking @ me with her big round eyes...... sighz that was the last time I saw her lively eyes..... I was thr for only a while b4 I left for Wenz's bday BBQ....... That was e last time she was wide awake..... n she went into semi-coma stage the very next day........

It happened so fast....... till today..... I still cant accept the fact completely that she has left us.......

I am not pessimistic....but dunno ler..... I personally believe that songs do bring back fond n sad memories of a person.... dunch ya all agree?

Tink Mayb I am kinda emo ler....but everything juz happens so fast that Its just so hard to accept it @ times.......

Well I hope that I get thru it...... by sinking all my pain ,When I am in da gym....... hope that it be useful......

Today is my 2nd day @ Work..... Am currently working @ Creative Software....... doing data entry.... my aunt's friend roped me in.....

Tot I was going for interview ytd.... but in e end.... she ask me to start work immediately sia..... without any interview!!! Kao! how Kelong can u get? zzzzzzzzz

Now Its 4pm ler.... 2 more hours b4 I can go home....... so da zzzzzzzzz.......... My superior tat assign me work has gone back..... I have completed my work..... zzzzzzz nothing to do..... HOW? Going 2 spend the nest 2 Hours seeing stars!!

N HOLYSHIT....... she is suppose to sign my timesheet! But she left ler.... How? my Pay depend on her signature lei!! sianz man.....

But da peepz I workin wif r quite crap n friendly la..... especially my Sup..... she veri ah sum 1...... crapper man...... zzzzzzzzz
