I was trying to tell a friend of my that she needs to release stress.... she has too much stress to take on until e point that she is always sick la......
I m so glad tt I have both Blogs n FB for me to release them....... So thankful... else I would have become crazy ler......
Humans... really need to distress..... Cuz we are always living in a stressful zone/environment.....
Arhh...... I am tired ler... shall go to zzzzz...... dream of the special 1......=)
